1. About Bhaktipath

Bhaktipath is a portfolio of devotional mobile applications including Hanuman Chalisa Japa, Shiv Sadhna, Ambe Ma Aarti Sangrah and Neem Karoli Baba. The apps are designed to help users build a daily spiritual practice through chanting, mantra tracking, and streak-based habit formation.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial spiritual practice. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any app
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair them
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Services without our written permission
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including but not limited to the app design, branding, logos, illustrations, and original written material — is the property of KoolMind Technolab LLP and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The sacred texts, mantras, aartis, and stotras included in the apps are traditional devotional works in the public domain, presented with reverence and care. We do not claim ownership of these traditional texts.

4. Devotional Content Disclaimer

The devotional content in our apps is provided for personal spiritual practice. Translations, transliterations, and interpretations are offered as guidance and may differ from other traditional sources. Users are encouraged to consult qualified religious teachers for deeper study and interpretation.

5. Ads and In-App Purchases

Our apps are primarily free to use and are supported by non-intrusive advertising. Some apps may offer optional premium features or ad-removal via in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
