Bhaktipath ("we", "our", or "us") is a portfolio of devotional mobile applications operated by KoolMind Technolab LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps — including Hanuman Chalisa Japa, Shiv Sadhna, Ambe Ma Aarti Sangrah and Neem Karoli Baba — and this website handle information about you.

Our guiding principle is simple: we build tools for personal devotion, not for data harvesting. We collect the minimum necessary information to make the apps work, and we never sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Our apps do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address. You can install the app and start using it immediately.

1.2 Information stored on your device

The following information is generated and stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Your daily chant count, streak history, and personal best
• Your chosen daily goal, language preference, and reminder times
• Badges and achievements you have earned
• Any custom settings you configure inside the app

1.3 Information collected automatically

Our apps may use standard mobile analytics and advertising SDKs to understand aggregate usage and to serve ads that support the free version of the app. These may collect non-personally-identifiable information such as:

• Device type, operating system version, and language
• App version, crash reports, and general usage statistics
• Anonymised advertising identifiers (which you can reset or limit in your device settings)

2. Advertising

Some of our apps display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's ad policies and opt out of personalised advertising at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We do not display ads that are inappropriate for devotional or family use.

3. Permissions We Request

Our apps request only the minimum permissions required to function:

• Notifications — to send you the daily reminder you have configured
• Internet — for one-time content downloads, ad delivery, and app updates

We do not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or SMS.

4. How We Use Your Information

Locally-stored data is used solely to power the features of the app you are using — tracking your streaks, remembering your language choice, sending your reminders, and so on. Aggregate analytics help us fix crashes and understand which features are useful. Advertising identifiers are used only by our ad partners to serve relevant ads.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties, except with the analytics and advertising service providers described above, and only to the extent necessary to operate those services.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your chant history, streaks, and settings are stored on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by uninstalling the app. There is no account to close and no server-side data to request the deletion of.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are appropriate for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
